On the week of February 8 out pastor’s wife underwent an important surgery and recovery time. This procedure had lots of prayer surrounding it by those of us who love her. After a couple of days, she was given the news that not only was the surgery successful, but that she was completely free from a cancer that was trying to take residence in her. Praise God!

That Saturday night I lead worship at our church. One of the songs on my heart was, “My Soul Sings”. I don’t think I had sang that song in about five years or so. But I was feeling it so much.

Our pastor’s wife watched our worship service online that night. Later on, when the service was winding down, I received a text from her. She said, “Oh Todd! When I first got the news that I was free and clear from this, a song started welling up in me, and I sang it. It was ‘My Soul Sings’!”

Wow! Little things like this are surely kisses from God.
