I went off-roading in my Bronco recently and went to a trail in the California sierras. This ended up being one of the most challenging trails they I’ve driven (at least with my off roading experience 😅).

The first half of the trail wasn’t too bad. It had some bumps and dips all over so the drive was pretty bouncy. My dog and I stopped about halfway—actually where the testimony picture was taken—to have lunch. It was a beautiful spot at the top of a ridge.

After lunch, we continued on down a pretty steep and somewhat technical trail. I got to one particular spot that sort of made me nervous because of how the larger rocks were positioned. Long story short, I got over this obstacle but it kind of freaked me out a bit so I decided to turn around which meant I had to go back through the same obstacle again 🙃. I was anxious to do it but chose what I thought was a good driving line and started back up the hill. As soon as I got through the obstacle part, my heart was racing and I felt God say “Nice job Chris!” which of course made me smile. 😃

It’s just another reminder of how God is ALWAYS with us! I want to be aware of God’s presence more and more everyday!
